Update on our family

No we are not missing, just very busy trying to get things back to normal..If that is at all possible..
Jake is doing much better, he his healing up pretty well. Not so sure how he is doing mentally..He really needs to open up about the accident..But that will come.
We are all doing much better, just trying to take care of Jakes wounds and keep him pain free.

All the other children are doing great..Bella is moving right along on learning new things..Bella got her new glasses so we have been working with her to keep them on her face.. Bella went for her first walk outside with her walker. Her big brother and sister took her out and had her walk up and down our long block. Bella stopped when needed and then got back up and started walking again with her walker..She is just amazing all of us. We sure are so glad she is home with us forever. She is an amazing little girl.
Megan lost two front teeth today, oh mom just had to get them out..Megans big teeth were already coming in so the baby teeth needed to be out.. She looks really cute toothless..

Kenzie has been taking swimming lessons..She really is having a good time at the pool. Kenzie is really helpful with watching Bella for us when we need to leave the room Bella is in.
Deztany has been doing very good, she loves to clean the house and help out all the time..
Andrew is trying really hard to do his school, and to complete it. Somedays it is really hard for him to keep focused to get the work done..
Gary and i have been working on our house, re-painting rooms and moving the children to different rooms. Trying to clean and get rid of a lot of toys ..

Jake is having more surgery today

Jake is going in for more surgery today.. Please pray that all goes well for him today.. He has been in a lot of pain ...

Jake is out of the hospitol

Jake got out of the hospitol on Friday. He is doing better , but has a ways to go ..His injuries are healing , but will need a lot of care to them.. Please pray for him to get a full recovery... He is still in pain and working on getting all the swelling to go down..

We thank everybody for all of there prayers for our son and family. This week has been very difficult for all of us. We are so glad God chose to keep our son on earth. He had lots of angels watching over him. We know God has a plan for him..We just need to wait and see what that is.

Jake is a very lucky man!!
The Dr.s said thank God his is a very strong guy with muscles, that saved his neck from breaking. Amazingly Jake never broke any bones, but did take all the impact on his head and ear. So his has a lot of staples and stitches. Lots of healing to do.

We thank God for saving our son, and the men that pulled him out of the truck ..

We love you so much Jake and we are so glad you are still here with us to love and hold!!!!

Jake is doing better

Jake is doing much better, they moved him out to a regular room.He has been awake longer today and starting to feel better.He will have a lot of healing to do, so say a prayer. They sure are working to help Jake get better.

We never have a dull moment around our house. On Saturday mom had a makeover day with the girls, painting fingernails and toenails and applying makeup, Bella wasn't very cooperative, she doesn't like anybody to touch her feet (she must have had her toes bitten a time or two) so she just spent the time getting into everything. Her favorite past time is tipping over mom's plants and there is a bunch of them all around the house, so before mom got mad and cleaned up her latest plant mess she remembered to get the camera for a few priceless photos. Megan looked so cute after her makeover that she decided that her and dad needed to go on a date, she chose Denny's , we had a really good time just visiting . The nice thing about our date is that it was just the two of us and Megan usually doesn't go anywhere without mom. Thank You Maggie for the date.Dad and Bella will get their new glasses this week, so I'm sure that it will be lots of fun trying to keep them on her
